We are all too often told what we need to do, by others whether they are doctors, loved ones, or friends. How does it play out when applied to our busy daily lives? How do you incorporate the changes YOU want to make? As a Health and Wellness coach I am not here to tell you what to do, but rather uncover your specific path with you on your journey to getting where you want to be. There is never only one way to get there!

I am Master level Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Nationally Board certified NBC-HWC. I have worked in primary care for over 10 years, working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life's challenges. Experienced in Care Coordination and Outreach. As a native Cape Codder I understand the difficulties in navigating the unique challenges accessing care here on Cape Cod.
